Am 27.05.11 kommt das neue Ladi6 Album “The Liberation Of …” weltweit in die Läden. In Neuseeland ist das Album bereits auf Platz 4 gechartet und ich freu mich, dass ich an dem Album mit produzieren durfte.

Als ersten Vorgeschmack gibt es den Track “98 Til Now” hier zum downloaden (für alle Remixer gibt es dort auch das Acapella):

A remix I did for Induce (Miami / Florida).

The Album “Halfway Between Me And You” is coming april 2011.

Induce’s new album, Halfway Between Me And You serves as a major turning point in Induce’s career. Previously known for more left-field hip hop and instrumental music, Induce, over the last 2 years, has now turned to writing and singing carefully crafted, classicly structured songs. This is why Halfway Between Me And You is both his most accessible record to date and his most musically achieved. In making the album, Induce decided to follow the blueprint of certain classic albums that have come before, such as Bobby Brown’s Don’t Be Cruel, or Prince’s Diamonds & Pearls – to make nearly every single song single-worthy. The fat has been trimmed and what is left has become a complete work of memorable music, that was made with more emotion and feeling than much of the mainstream work heard today, while simultaneously standing beside that mainstream sensibility of what a hit is made of.

Lukas Bischoff hat da mal schnell was hingezaubert.

Seine Worte dazu: „… nachdem ich in der agentur dein classic mixtape nr.4 ca. 32636x durchgehört habe, ist in einer freien minute eine doppel cover version dazu entstanden. ganz im „old school“ sinne mit „altem man und musik“. schwarze tusche und classic sepalot rot erinnern an heute…“
